#13 38 Hz Hack: 100 Splashes of Water

THE RULES OF WATER SPLASHING

  1.  Get your water as cold as you can (you can even add ice cubes).  I simply use tap water from the kitchen sink after letting it run a good while to get it cold.
  2. Splash away 100 times.
  3. Doing it in the morning will wake you up!  It REALLY feels great.  Do it throughout the day if you need a refresher.
