THE RULES OF WATER SPLASHING
- Get your water as cold as you can (you can even add ice cubes). I simply use tap water from the kitchen sink after letting it run a good while to get it cold.
- Splash away 100 times.
- Doing it in the morning will wake you up! It REALLY feels great. Do it throughout the day if you need a refresher.
