#11 38 Hz Hack: Make a Delicious Cold Nacho!

I like to make it on a big platter so each layer is on the thin side, as opposed to thick and heavy.  Next, surround the dip with chips for ease and a beautiful display.  I like to get the scoop chips as you can fill those scoops up with a good bite full of dip.

HOW TO MAKE THE COLD NACHO

Layer One:  The Guacamole Layer
2-3 avocados, 1 T mayonnaise, 1 tsp of seasoned salt, 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
Spread this first layer on your large platter

Layer Two:  Sour Cream/Taco Seasoning
Mix one package of taco seasoning into the sour cream (8 oz)
Spread this second layer on top of the guacamole

Remaining Layers
Continue to layer in this order:  Sliced/chopped tomatoes, shredded cheese, sliced green onions, sliced black olives.

Chips
Add some chips around the edge as they fit.  You can continue to add chips as people start to eat the dish.
