The British Academy of Sound Therapy surveyed 7581 people and found that people listening to music for relaxation, improve concentration, or relief from sadness found optimum results in 13 minutes; 89% of those using music for happiness found it in 9 minutes!  Who knew the recommended daily allowance for music is 13 minutes!
