#29 38 Hz Hack: Sunday Dinner: A Juicy Roast & Veggies in Just 20 Minutes!

Remember when making a Sunday roast meant spending the entire day in the kitchen? Hours of prepping, peeling, basting, and waiting as the meat slow-roasted in the oven, filling the house with mouthwatering aromas—but also tying you down to the stove. While the results were always worth it, the time and effort could feel overwhelming, especially on a busy weekend. Thankfully, with the magic of an air fryer, you can now enjoy the same comforting, crispy, and juicy roast dinner in a fraction of the time—without sacrificing flavor.

So basically, I select about 4 ounces of roast beef, toss in potatoes, carrots, onions if you wish.  400 degrees for 15 minutes.  Boom!  Sunday roast dinner is done.  I suppose you can make some gravy, but I sort of like the simple version, and I’ll add some butter after it’s done.

Here’s the Air Fryer I have, and I LOVE IT, plus it’s attractive – my son gave it to me as a Christmas gift.  It’s perfect for small meals, but if you have a family to feed, you might want to get a larger unit.
