After going on many wine tasting adventures, I decided it was time to learn a little bit about it. One of the cool things I’ve learned writing about things that make me happy is finding more things that make me even happier. So heck, I thought it was time to take a little course on the wine thing instead of just indulging. So I took the course, Wine in 9, and now I know this word, terroir (the complete natural environment in which a particular wine is produced, including factors such as the soil, topography, and climate). I can appreciate the process a lot more, and it’s pretty fascinating! And of course, it makes me happy.
